I can’t begin to explain my overall gratitude for Jerry and staff. When I got the call that my husband had pass I was very lost and confused, but I knew I had to get him the best he deserved, I said let me call Jerry. Losing my uncle was the most heartbreaking experience that I’ve had to ever endure. During this trying time, Kinley Memorial Services was my shining light. The staff showed the upmost empathy and humility to my family and I. From the initial intake call up to the delivery of the cremated remains - I was assured that my uncle would be taken care of. And that is exactly what occurred. My uncle looked the most peaceful than he had in years during his service. What was even more touching was the assistance provided during the funeral service planning process. Mr Kinley personally assisted us with all of the details which resulted in the most beautiful memorial service that I’ve ever attended. I am forever indebted to the staff and will forever be grateful for their professionalism and sympathetic care during such a trying time.

Mr. Jerry Kinley is a talented compassionate young man. A person of my age has attended many funerals in my lifetime but I have seen no one who gives the quality care that he does. It is comforting during those difficult times when you see your friends and loved ones look as natural and peaceful as you knew them to be in life. Jerry and Associates did a wonderful job with my Sisterfriend husband Kenny Jamison. I was with the family from the first interaction with Jerry until Kenny's remains were presented to Dolly (wife) Jerry was respectful polite but most of all professional at all times. I would like to express and extend a very sincere and genuine Thank you to Jerry Kinley and his family/team at Jerry W. Kinley Memorial Services for delivering my precious baby girl's ashes/remains home to me and her father C Gotit this morning. With everything happening so suddenly and off guard, her Father nor myself had not even the 1st clue or slightest idea as to how we were going to properly or financially lay our little princess to rest all we knew is that we wanted to do/provide for her something a little more meaningful outside of standard arrangements the hospital had to offer. So in the process of doing so i came across kind hearted generous individuals that were blessed and humble enough to bless me one family to another with 100% full cremation services with all arrangements preformed at zero costs/obligation. You guy's professionalism, selflessness, compassion and generous act of kindness displayed down to the warm sincere, empathetic, condolences received upon her arrival. The energy given didn't come off as just routine and that alone in itself serves as validation making us feel that much more confident in the decision of the individuals whom which we had entrusted with our baby girls care it's such a good feeling to know there's still some genuinely good people out there with good hearts real life Angels in the flesh on Earth, what a blessings in disguise So again Thank you so so so very much you are definitely appreciated.

I would like to say that choosing Jerry W Kinley Funeral Services was the best decision I could have made in my time of need. He was exceptionally kind, not pushy in anyway he answered all of my questions he was timely , the pricing was very fair I could not has asked for better but most of all and most important to me the work he did was exceptional! My son looked so good he looked like I could just touch him and wake him up! Everyone associated with the company did five star work ! I and my whole family were pleased not one complaint thank you so much!
