Timothy Lynn Ratliff, 58, passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. A one hour Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home Chapel, 1307 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505. Committal will take place Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:45 a.m. at the Dayton National Cemetery with Military Honors. Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home.
