Randy Lee Markley, 64, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019. He was born in Champaign County, Urbana, Ohio on October 31, 1955. Randy leaves to cherish his memory: three children, Charles Markley, Holly Markley and Cynthia Hiltibran; ten grandchildren; mother, Patricia Ullery; three siblings, Scott Ullery, Shelley Dean and Jody Anderson; as well as, in-laws and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
