Melvin Lamar Keith

Melvin Lamar Keith, 51, of Springfield, Ohio, was called home on Thursday morning, November 23, 2017 of natural causes. He was born in Springfield on May 17, 1966 to the late Evangelist Mary E. and Paul L. Keith. Melvin was a graduate from Springfield South High School in 1984 and attended Clark Tech College in 1989. He Leaves to Cherish his memory one daughter, Timbra D. Buford, and two grandchildren, Xavier J. Alexander and Amaiyah A. Alexander; two sisters, Sarah Smith and Regina (Carl) Smith; a host of nieces and nephews, a special nephew, Bruce Davis, and a special aunt, Mrs. Jessie (John) Howard. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. Keith, one brother, Harold Keith, and one granddaughter, JaNiya J. Alexander. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 2, 2017 at New Covenant Temple C.O.G.I.C, located at 1730 Clay St in Springfield, Ohio. Arrangements by Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home.
