Howard Perkins, 71, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 after a brief illness. He was a fun-loving 60s original, who loved The Beatles and great music. Howard will be mourned and remembered by his family and friends forever. Howard leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Annette Perkins; daughters, Tina Perkins and Tiffany Perkins; and a host of other loving extended family members and friends. Arrangements entrusted to the care of KINLEY Funeral Home.
