Constance Joann Loomis, 68, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. She was born January 18, 1950 to Maurice M. McHatton and Pauline R. Klinghammer in Jacksonville, Illinois. Constance leaves to cherish her memory, a loving husband, Edward Loomis; and a host of other family and friends. Final arrangements entrusted to the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home.
