Charles 'Skip' Eugene Hagan, 74, died peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Born April 3, 1944 in Jackson, Ohio. He was one of five siblings: Jack, Theresa, Marlin, and Robert. He is survived by his children: Lynn, Frank, Kathy, Johnny and Marlin; and brother, Robert. Final arrangements entrusted to the care of the Jerry W. Kinley Funeral Home
