Tina D. Evans

Tina Dionne Evans, 65, of Springfield, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 25, 2022. She was born in Springfield on October 14, 1957 a daughter of Jesse Louise (Newsome) and Charles Lane.

She was a graduate of Springfield North High School and retired from the Hickory Inn with 23 years of service as a cook. Tina loved spending time with her family, enjoyed karaoke, cookouts, and was an avid Bengals fan.

Tina leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Dwight Evans; children: Anthony L. (Tracy) Lane, Chantelle J. Lane, and Christina L. (Suluki) Lane; siblings: Janet House, Nathaniel (Linda) Newsome, and Stephen Lane; sister-in-law, Arthusia Lane; grandchildren: Anthony Lane, Adontre Lane, Ayona Lane, Tae'Jaugn Price, Jorden Price, Ceiden Lane, Ka'TayVon Lane, James Green, Sena J Green, Khalil Hall, and Tayshawn Heathy; special sister- in-law, Linda Haygood Newsome; special friend, Kimberly Williamson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janet House; brother, Charles Lane; and son, Anthony Lane.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Greater Grace Temple, 380 Leffel Lane, Springfield, Ohio 45506. Interment: Rose Hill Burial Park.
