Cleon DeJuan Johnson, 39, departed this life Tuesday, August 13, 2019. He was born August 1, 1980 to Terrell Lee Johnson and Walter Allen Saunders.
He was raised in Winton Terrace, Ohio, the youngest of four children. Cleon attended Schwab Middle School and Aiken High School. He loved life and his family, especially spending time with his children. Cleon enjoyed joking around, playing video games and just living his best life. He was a devoted father who enjoyed dropping and picking his kids up from daycare. Cleon was involved with every part of their education. He loved his mom and his grandmother (Ida Jean Kimbrough). Cleon was raised by both his grandmother and mother. He was a devoted son and grandson.
Cleon leaves to cherish his memory: eleven children: Kayla Johnson, Dawaun Deloach, Cleajha Browning, Cle’Anajsha Johnson, Cleon Johnson, Cleonte Johnson, Teon Johnson, Teona Johnson, CleonDre Johnson, CleonShawn Johnson, and Cle’Mya Johnson all of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Marcus Kimbrough of Cincinnati, Ohio; two sisters, Laura Blackwell (Kenneth) of Mansfield, Ohio and Sherry Daniels (David) of Cincinnati, Ohio; special mother figure, Alice Bell (Saunders) of Cincinnati, Ohio; two special cousins, Quontanna Burton of Cincinnati, Ohio and Shemicka Burton of Cincinnati, Ohio; special friend, Camille Beasely of Cincinnati, Ohio; and a host of loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by one child, Cleon Djuan Johnson Jr.; both his parents and both sets of grandparents.
Cleon’s energetic smile, his love of life and his love for his family is what will be missed the most. He was a true fighter. Cleon fought a Good fight. He will truly be missed.
